First Responder Mental Health Resilience Conference 2022 Videos and Resources

From WRHSAC's FRMH Resilience Conference October 2022

The following videos and resources are from WRHSAC’s groundbreaking First Responder Mental Health Resilience Conference conducted on four consecutive Thursdays in October 2022. Each day opened with a welcome from a local first responder agency leader and keynote speaker. Two additional sessions on each day provided “drills and skills” of practical exercises and approaches designed to help first responders to incorporate resilience practices into their days and agencies.

We weren’t able to record every session due to speaker agreements. We are happy to share the ones we were able to record and hope you find them useful. Materials and links related to every session are provided. Please share these resources with other first responders.
