Resiliency and Wellbeing Resources for First Responders During COVID-19 Response

First Responders are the frontline response to COVID-19 encountering some of the greatest risk associated with a community-wide infectious disease. The added stress and strain of the heightened risks and increased anxiety can take a toll of first responder mental health and wellbeing. It’s important to remember that mental health is just as important as physical health in a situation like this. The following resources are intended to help first responders and first responder organizations better understand how the pandemic can have an impact on mental health, and to offer suggestions and resources on how to support the mental health of first responders.

Resources from Lexipol

Lexipol.com has developed an assortment of trainings, policies and resources to support first responders’ efforts in the COVID-19 response. Access is free and can be found here.
