The Medical Reserve Corps is a community-based, civilian volunteer program that helps build the public health infrastructure of communities nationwide. Western Massachusetts Disaster Animal Response Coalition – WMDART’s mission is to assist with the care of domesticated animals that have been displaced by a disaster.
