Warm Zone Operations / Triage Prioritization Training

The Western Region Homeland Security Advisory Council offers Warm Zone Operations/Triage Prioritization Training on Wednesday & Thursday, June 28 & 29, 2017. The training will be held at The Red Barn at Hampshire College, 893 West Street, Amherst, MA. This is a two-day training. You must attend both days to receive a certificate.

This two -day training will provide participants with performance level training in Warm Zone operations. The focus will be on cross-discipline coordination on scene, to include EMS, Fire and Police. Tactical formations, communication, team integrity, and more will be included.  Special focus will be given to wound assessment and triage prioritization. The first day will be lecture format, with drills and scenarios being practiced on day 2.

The training will be facilitated by Emergency Response Consulting from North Adams, MA.

14 Hours of OEMS Credits have been approved for this training.

A light breakfast and full lunch will be provided. On-site registration begins at 8:00 am. The training will begin promptly at 9:00 am.
